Chicken Casserole for the Crockpot

What you’ll need:
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 small cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of chopped celery
- 1 cup Minute Rice

Directions:
Mix the soups & rice in the crock pot.
Place chicken on top of mixture.
Place chopped celery on top of chicken.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

When cooked, take out chicken and shred before re-adding it into the crock pot and stir.

Serve alone or over rice.  Serves 3 or 4.
